新星辰国际集团有限公司成立于一九九九年，总部位于全球金融中心---香港，是一家集研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的包装制品生产厂家，旗下有大陆深圳、苏州公司。深圳公司厂房占地面积7800平方米，苏州公司厂房占地面积16500平方米，分别以珠江三角洲和长江三角洲为依托，为公司产品走向世界提供便利的条件。
我集团公司拥有全球较大、先进的复合气泡信封袋、隔热材及各种防静电包装袋的生产线，生产能力达每八小时720K，所生产的“ 星辰”系列产品均通过SGS检测，符合国际环保标准。产品目前主要出口美国、英国、德国、澳大利亚、加拿大、波兰、日本、印度、马来西亚、印度尼西亚及东南亚的其他一些国家。
我集团公司拥有国内首家1000级无尘车间，其局部生产环境可达到100级。我集团公司在整个包装领域都享有极高的声誉，不仅我集团公司生产的各种产品也都已成为其所在市场的主导，我集团公司的管理模式被国内同行争相模仿。我集团公司目前已拥有自主专利 2 项，并与国家信息产业部防静电质量技术监督中心签订长期技术支持及产品检测协议。

New Star Int’l Group Limited has its headquarters located in the Global Financial Center--- Hong Kong, with subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Suzhou of China mainland. Shenzhen subsidiary --Shenzhen Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd., established in 1999, is a manufacturer which specializes in anti-static packaging products by integrating the R&D, production, sales and services. The Shenzhen subsidiary occupies a floor area of 6,800 square meters. Suzhou Subsidiary--Suzhou Star Packaging Product Co., Ltd. covers an area of 10500 square meters.
As a strong economic entity of production with stable suppliers that provide abundant and high-quality raw materials, our company has a production capacity of 240,000pcs per eight hours. Special vehicles are arranged to send products in the triangle areas of both the Pearl River and Yangtze River to ensure on-time delivery. Our company has large production lines for anti-static shielding zipper bags, anti-static and moisture-proof shielding bags, conductive grid bags, anti-static PE bags and conductive PE bags. Besides, we also manufacture various composite anti-static air bubble bags and anti-static pearl sponges, and design anti-static packaging products for various industrial uses.
Our company has a group of excellent technical professionals and advanced production devices. As a member of the Anti-Static Equipment Branch of China's Electric Instrument Association, our company takes the task to continually present to the public new products to meet the packaging requirements of the development of international electronic products. Presently, we have two exclusive patents, and we have concluded an agreement for long-term technical support and product inspection with the Technical Center of Supervision on Anti-Static Quality of Ministry of Information Industry of China.
As a supplier for world-known manufacturers of computer hardware, magnetic heads and peripherals, our company has the first Class-1000 air cleanliness workshop in China, and parts of its environment can reach Class-100. Our "Star" series anti-static packaging products have all passed the SGS certification and complied with the international standards of environmental protection.
